With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2018, I bring a broad and compassionate clinical perspective to mental health care.  My background includes work in diverse healthcare settings, both medical and psychiatric, allowing me to approach each patient with well-rounded understanding of the connection between physical and mental health.

My approach to care is evidenced-based, trauma-informed, and centered on the whole person.  I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood and supported.

I recognize that faith and spiritual beliefs can be a meaningful source of strength and purpose for many individuals.  When desired, I respectfully acknowledge these perspectives as part of whole-person care while maintaining an evidence-based approach to mental health care.
